AI systems often move faster than the governance around them. An independent review can expose assumptions, control gaps and unintended risk before they become embedded.
What we review
Depending on scope: intended business outcome, data flows, security architecture, identity and access, vendor/model dependencies, privacy, regulatory requirements, prompt and tool controls, human oversight, logging, monitoring, evaluation, resilience, change control and incident handling.
Useful before a decision point
Reviews can support board approval, procurement, go-live, material change, internal assurance or remediation after a concern has been identified.
Evidence over theatre
The output is a clear report that separates material findings from noise, explains why they matter and provides prioritised actions. We do not use an impressive-looking checklist as a substitute for understanding how the system actually works.
