Delivery
Build capability, not dependency.
Our aim is to leave an organisation able to own, operate and adapt what we implement. We stay involved until the agreed outcomes have been verified, then step back unless there is a genuine reason for ongoing advisory support.
1. Discovery
A short initial discussion establishes the problem, desired outcome, context and whether Dataweb is a good fit. The discussion itself is not a free consultancy exercise; substantive analysis begins once scope and commercials are agreed.
2. Scoped assessment or gap analysis
Implementation work begins with enough assessment to understand the current state. That may be a focused gap analysis, risk review, due diligence exercise or technical/governance discovery depending on the engagement.
3. Implementation
We design and implement what is needed. Where the client has strong internal resources we work with them; where capability is limited Dataweb can be more hands-on. The solution is tailored to the operating environment rather than imposed from a template.
4. Verification and audit
Before declaring the work complete, we test the agreed outcomes and provide a clear record of what is working, what remains open and what should happen next.
5. Client ownership and handover
Documentation, responsibilities, operating routines and the roadmap are transferred to the client. The objective is genuine ownership.
6. Optional retained support
Some organisations benefit from ongoing vCISO, vDPO or advisory input. That is available where it adds value, but continued dependence is not treated as a commercial objective.
